The IntelliStation M Pro Series was first introduced in 1997. Over the years they developed into highly efficiently computers known for their responsiveness. These computers were among the first devices to offer integrated features like LAN capabilities. For the later models, users chose between two processor types the Intel Core 2 E6700 and the Core 2 Quad Q6600. The available memory options were typically 4MB or 8MB. The computers were usually arranged as small towers that had up to four open slots for expanding the memory. For most models in the M Pro Series, the additional memory had to be installed in pairs.
