Placing an Order

Schools looking to purchase items by terms must accurately provide a purchase order listing the complete Shipping and Billing address including a contact phone number and fax. Estimates may be requested either by phone or by fax, however purchase orders must be faxed to:

Business Orders
Businesses looking to purchase and process payment under terms are required to fill out a Credit Application. Once the credit application has been approved, updated customer information and credit limit will be issued and notified. An application for credit may be requested at any time from a sales and support representative. International Orders
International orders are accepted from all countries ship and billable by UPS delivery standards. Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties and will not be listed on the billing invoice. Personal orders cannot be purchased under terms and immediate payment is required. Orders may be required to provide an authorization by fax or email and must contain:

- Copy of the front and back of the credit card used
- Copy of a recent photo ID
- In the case of a suspected fraudulent order, the customer will be notified and the order canceled after a no response.
Tax-Exempt Orders
Orders placed in the state of California are required to be charged a sales tax in the amount of 8 % as of the Orange County area. Orders qualifying for a tax exempt in the state of California must provide qualification in paperwork such as a reseller permit or Government exempt form. Payment Methods
Credit - Debit Cards accepts payments in the following major Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB. When paying by credit card, you are required to enter the 3-4 digit card verification number listed on the back or front of the credit card. This security feature is important for online purchases to verify the card holder.
PayPal is a secure online payment method used by customers to provide extra security as well as payment by bank checking accounts. Unfortunately payment by checks or money orders are not accepted, however an account with PayPal is available for customers looking to pay as an alternative to credit card payments.
Billing Information
When an order is placed, payment is first authorized for address verification and available funds. An authorization may reflect as a pending status charge, however, the status will clear within a period of 24-48 hours to reflect only a single order charge. Signature Required Orders $250.00 and over are automatically sent with a signature required confirmation unless noted. 

Refused and Undeliverable Addresses Orders shipped and refused or returned because of an undeliverable address will not qualify for a credit return on shipping charges. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if the free shipping offer was used and the package was refused or returned to us because of customer error. If a returned package needs to be reshipped because of incorrect information provided, the customer is responsible for paying the additional fees to reship the package.

Military APO/FPO, AE, and US Territories Orders can only be shipped with USPS and may incur delays due to unforeseen events. Customers are liable for any custom taxes and duties that may apply.
