    We offer a Lifetime warranty and support on all computer memory upgrades. We guarantee that the modules are fully compatible with your system.

    If the part from Memory America fails while in use or is DOA (dead on arrival), and your warranty has not been voided by any means, we can provide a replacement. Our technicians will help determine if the parts are DOA before replacing.

    30 Day Money Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with our service, or had a change of mind on your order, we guarantee your money back within 30-Days of the order placed. A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued upon receiving the return and credited back to the payment method used. Some orders may be eligible or subjected to a 20% restocking fee once past the 30-Days Money Back Guarantee. If you ordered the incorrect part, we will create a new order for you, and you may return the incorrect part for credit according to our credit policy.

    We will credit your card on receipt of our part. Removed labels and physical damage caused by improper handling will void your warranty. Overseas orders must be sent back to us by insured airmail. You must contact and request an RMA return for credit or we WILL NOT authorize a return for credit and your order refused.

    If you order memory through this website using our specific memory search we will guaranty it to work in the computer/server. Most of our memory carries a lifetime warranty. Individual items may also carry a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the specific product's description for information. Please try the following steps to solve the problem before you request an RMA.

    Data shows many problems are solved with these steps.
    • Try using our memory alone in your system.
    • Install the largest capacity module first.
    • Make sure the memory is seated in properly. 
    • Dust off the memory socket. 
    • Update the BIOS to the latest version.
    The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in your RMA being returned to you:
    • Used Hard Drives with no evidence of being defective.
    • Physically damaged items cannot be returned to MemoryAmerica.com unless received DOA or notified within 3 days of delivery.
    • Modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number.
    • Modules that are missing the manufacturer warranty label - USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing.

    Hard Drives and SSDs: We honor the same warranty provided by the drive manufacturers. Note that Manufacturers do not provide warranty on refurbished drives. Our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee does apply to hard drives and SSDs regardless of refurbished or new.
